Responsibilities
- You work together with the founders and support strategic and operational issues.
- Depending on your experience, you help to expand our marketing, communications, customer success, strategy, and perhaps HR, finance and legal topics.
- Help develop and implement concepts, prepare documents and presentations.
- Prepare and keep track of meeting minutes and project documentation when required.
- Research on trends and cooperations.
- Be self-driven and come up with new ideas on how to improve our product and service as well as all internal supporting functions.
- Connect the dots on your own and be able to fill in the gaps as necessary.
- Pay attention to detail when needed and break complex tasks into smaller chunks without losing sight of the bigger picture.

Requirements
- Experience in business concepts in theory and more importantly in practice.
- Strong practical experience in at least one of the following fields: Marketing, communications, customer success, strategy, legal, finance, HR.
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, Management, Entrepreneurship or similar subjects.
- Professional written and verbal fluency in English.
- An enrolled student who is willing to work 20 hours a week during the lecture period and more during the semester break.
- Hands-on attitude as a builder and maker – not a theorist.
- Self-motivated, takes initiative, naturally curious, learns new things quickly while continuing to deliver value.
- Deliverer: respects deadlines, accomplishes work autonomously, sets positive example for self-management.
- People-centric: thrives in collaborative environment involving different stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Open to new ideas, demands and acts upon feedback, always constructive, radically honest about the state of things.
Nice to Have
- Pursuing a Master’s Degree is a plus.
- Professional written and verbal fluency in German is a plus but not a must-have.
- Experience to work in a small and high motivated international and/or distributed team.
- Experience in logistics.
- Experience working in start-ups.
