Responsibilities
- Supporting the creation and update of daily and monthly schedules for internal employees
- Making adjustments in schedules based on absences and operational needs
- Monitoring daily operations and reporting any gaps in coverage
- Using Excel and internal tools to track schedules and basic data
- Checking schedules, working hours, and time-off requests
- Supporting onboarding with basic information about schedules and processes
- Handling simple administrative tasks related to workforce planning
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of work experience (this should not be your first job)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- High school diploma (Baccalaureate)
- Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Clear and professional communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and good organization skills
- Team player, able to handle multiple tasks
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Good English and Romanian skills
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, HR, Economics, or similar
- Previous experience in administrative or operational roles
- Exposure to reporting, scheduling, or data work
- Basic knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or Power Query
- Experience in fast-paced environments (BPO, operations, customer support)
- Experience in casino or live operations
