Restaurant365 is looking for a Workforce Design Lead to spearhead strategic workforce design initiatives within our Learning & Experience team. You will be responsible for developing programs that improve team efficiency, capability, and overall experience.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage workforce design projects from conception through implementation.
- Analyze current workforce structures and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design and develop scalable learning and development frameworks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align workforce initiatives with business goals.
- Measure and report on the impact of workforce design programs.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading workforce design, organizational development, or related strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable design plans.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in program or project management within a learning or HR function.
