About the Role

The role involves managing Workday HCM configurations, supporting HR reporting needs, guiding system improvements, and serving as a point of contact for HR technology solutions while ensuring data integrity and system efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Workday HCM system configurations
  • Support HR reporting and dashboard development in Workday
  • Collaborate with HR teams to understand functional requirements
  • Translate business needs into system solutions within Workday
  • Perform testing for system upgrades and new functionality
  • Document system configurations and process workflows
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Workday-related issues
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR systems
  • Assist in onboarding and training for Workday users
  • Support compliance with data privacy and security standards
  • Participate in change management for system updates
  • Maintain system security roles and access controls
  • Provide input on process optimization using Workday capabilities
  • Work with external partners on integration initiatives
  • Lead user acceptance testing for HR technology projects
  • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements
  • Support audit readiness and reporting for HR data
  • Stay current with Workday release updates and features
  • Facilitate communication between HR and IT teams
  • Develop training materials for Workday functionality
  • Assist in project planning for HR system initiatives
