Responsibilities
- Work alongside Enverus' internal regional payroll team to review and provide feedback on country-specific Workday Payroll configurations across all six jurisdictions
- Help the internal team evaluate configuration of country-specific earnings, deductions, pay frequencies, payroll calendars, and statutory payment types for each jurisdiction
- UK: Support the internal team in reviewing PAYE, National Insurance, pension auto-enrolment, statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SPP), and P60/P45/P11D configurations — flagging gaps or misalignments with Enverus' UK payroll practices
- Spain: Assist in validating configuration of IRPF, social security contributions (TGSS), payroll accruals (pagas extraordinarias), and any local provider integrations
- Czech Republic: Help review income tax, social and health insurance, and statutory deduction configurations against local Enverus requirements
- Singapore: Support validation of CPF, SDL, FWL, IR8A/IR21, and MOM compliance configurations
- Australia: Assist in reviewing SuperStream, STP Phase 2, PAYG, leave accruals, and Fair Work Act entitlement configurations
- India: Help validate EPF, ESI, PT, TDS, and statutory compliance configurations against Enverus' India payroll requirements
- Assist the internal team in participating meaningfully in parallel payroll testing and gross-to-net reconciliation for each country
- Help develop internal documentation and job aids so the Enverus team can manage the system post go-live
- Support the internal team in reviewing UAT test scripts and tracking defects through the resolution process
- Support the development, implementation, and documentation of internal controls related to Workday Payroll — including role-based access design and approval workflow validation — ensuring configurations align with Enverus' internal control requirements before go-live
