Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls with professionalism, empathy, and promptness.
  • Diagnose and resolve basic technical problems, guiding customers to appropriate solutions.
  • Accurately assess customer concerns and address them with care and precision.
  • Recognize opportunities to sell additional services and use persuasive communication to close.
  • Operate internal software to update accounts and fulfill customer service requests.
  • Provide clear explanations of products, features, and company processes.
  • Forward complex or unresolved cases to designated teams or supervisors.
  • Aim to resolve customer inquiries during the first interaction using strong communication and problem-solving skills.
