Staff4Me is looking for a Mid-Level WordPress Developer to develop and maintain WordPress websites and plugins. You will work closely with a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality, visually appealing, and functional WordPress solutions.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze project requirements.
- Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins.
- Implement responsive web design principles to ensure compatibility across different devices and browsers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure the functionality and stability of WordPress websites.
- Perform WordPress updates, maintenance, and backups.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Assist in providing technical support and guidance to junior WordPress developers.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as a WordPress Developer or similar role.
- Proficiency in WordPress development, including custom theme and plugin development.
- Experience with PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., Bootstrap, jQuery).
- Knowledge of database management and SQL.
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
- Understanding of web security best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
