Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to assemble, test, and package custom infrared image sensors within a cleanroom setting.
- Operate automated probe stations to handle and evaluate silicon wafers.
- Mount and connect image sensors to custom ceramic packages using a wire ball bonder.
- Perform visual and electrical inspections on fully assembled sensor chip units.
- Install sensor chip assemblies into high-vacuum liquid nitrogen test systems.
- Conduct most tasks in a controlled cleanroom environment.
- Use specialized test equipment to capture image data through automated processes.
