Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and reach out to new wholesale and dropship partners, focusing on independent and boutique retailers worldwide.
- Build and maintain a strong and qualified pipeline using tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, and Lusha for prospecting and lead generation.
- Create and manage outreach sequences in HubSpot, monitor performance, and refine approaches to improve conversion rates.
- Support the Wholesale Manager in outreach initiatives, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM and sales databases.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding of new wholesale and dropship accounts, coordinating with internal teams across operations, logistics, finance, and creative to ensure a smooth and timely setup.
- Create, update, and manage onboarding materials and processes, ensuring partners receive all necessary assets and operational information.
- Support planning and logistics for key trade shows and sales events, including sample coordination, collateral preparation, and post-show lead follow-up.

Structure: The role reports to the Head of Sales and works closely with the Wholesale Manager. It is part of the expanding B2B team.
