INCA – Insurance Core Automation is hiring a Werkstudent*in | Fokus AI Architektur (all gender). This position offers you practical experience with modern AI technologies while you study. You'll develop AI dialog bots and BrandGPTs, test and optimize prompts, and learn directly from experts in creation and development.

What You'll Do

• Gain hands-on experience with state-of-the-art AI technologies.
• Collaborate on the development of AI dialog bots and BrandGPTs.
• Gain practical insights into LangFlow, LangChain, and LangGraph.
• Test and optimize prompts.
• Learn by doing alongside experts from our creation, development, and other AI professionals.

What We're Looking For

• Current enrollment in a degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Availability for 16-20 hours per week.
• First knowledge of Python.
• Basic understanding of AI concepts.
• Initiative and a willingness to experiment.
• Fluent German and confident English skills for professional exchange.
• Residence in Hamburg or the surrounding area for regular presence at the agency.

Nice to Have

• First experiences with LangChain or similar frameworks.
• Interest in vector databases and RAG.
• Basic knowledge of prompt engineering.
