Paired is seeking a Wellness Client Experience Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, enhancing their journey by providing exceptional support, fostering lasting relationships, and promoting personalized wellness solutions.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support to clients seeking wellness solutions.
- Manage and nurture client relationships through effective communication and consistent follow-ups.

- Collaborate with wellness professionals to ensure clients receive the best possible experience.

- Organize and facilitate client engagement initiatives and events to encourage active participation.
- Stay abreast of wellness trends and solutions to provide informed recommendations.
- Work with various software and platforms to assist in client management and reporting.
