Gate is hiring a Web3 R&D Engineer to join our WEB3 team. This full-time remote position is a key role for advancing our research and development efforts within the blockchain and decentralized technology landscape.
What You'll Do
- Conduct research and development on emerging Web3 technologies and protocols.
- Design and prototype new decentralized applications and systems.
- Analyze and evaluate the security and scalability of blockchain networks.
- Collaborate with the WEB3 team to translate research into practical solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in blockchain development and Web3 technologies.
- Strong understanding of cryptographic principles and decentralized systems.
- Ability to design, build, and test complex software systems from the ground up.

Work Mode
