Responsibilities
- Create and manage marketing content using Payload CMS, ensuring timely publication and ongoing updates.
- Verify that all web pages meet visual design standards, function correctly, and adhere to established specifications.
- Ensure uniformity and high quality across all marketing-related websites and digital properties.
- Configure and oversee A/B testing initiatives using VWO, primarily through interface controls with minor code adjustments.
- Develop and apply CSS and JavaScript modifications to support test variations as needed.
- Track performance of experiments and work with teams to analyze outcomes and derive insights.
- Use custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to fix layout, styling, or user interaction problems.
- Deliver consistent, well-executed enhancements within the current web development framework.
- Return useful code improvements or reusable components to shared libraries when applicable.
- Record and maintain documentation for CMS procedures, content standards, and testing practices.
- Educate and assist marketing team members in creating and managing their own web content effectively.
- Spot recurring workflow challenges and recommend long-term, scalable solutions.
- Serve as the final quality reviewer for all marketing web deliverables.
