Lark Health is seeking a part-time Webflow Developer for a 6-month contract to lead the technical execution of our new corporate website. You will transform a sitemap and Figma wireframes into a fully functional, responsive, and high-performing Webflow site, with the potential to extend into a long-term maintenance role.
What You'll Do
- Translate Figma wireframes and high-fidelity designs into fully responsive, pixel-perfect pages within Webflow.
- Build, structure, and manage Webflow CMS collections for scalability and ease of use.
- Integrate lead generation forms and marketing tools with third-party services like HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Enhance blog user experience with advanced filtering, dynamic categories, and robust search.
- Implement and validate tracking scripts and analytics tools like Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Conduct thorough testing across browsers and devices for compatibility, responsiveness, and performance.
- Work closely with designers, content creators, and marketing to align with branding and strategic goals.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Webflow Developer with a strong portfolio.
- Expert-level proficiency in the Webflow platform, including Designer, interactions/animations, and CMS.
- Demonstrable experience converting Figma mockups into functional websites.
- Solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3, including the box model.
- Experience integrating third-party tools and APIs with Webflow for lead generation and marketing automation.
- Familiarity with implementing and managing web analytics and tracking tags (GA4, GTM).
- Meticulous eye for detail and commitment to high-quality user experience for desktop and mobile.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Basic JavaScript/jQuery knowledge.
- Experience with custom code (JavaScript, jQuery) implementation within Webflow for advanced functionality.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and implementation in Webflow (e.g., schema, redirects, metadata).
- Experience with website migration projects, including managing 301 redirects.
- Experience working with integrations such as Pardot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
