Responsibilities
- Design and sustain web interfaces that support digital transformation, service experience, and enablement programs.
- Build responsive, accessible, and intuitive web pages, dashboards, portals, and microsites to improve engagement.
- Assist in designing and updating ColdFusion-powered web applications and associated modules.
- Produce and manage web content, landing pages, and interactive experiences within IPG Landing and similar environments.
- Work with business units, program teams, and IT staff to define requirements and convert needs into functional web solutions.
- Support content and design management for enterprise systems including IST, SIA, and Trip Tracker.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and layouts adhering to brand, accessibility, and usability guidelines.
- Code and maintain front-end elements using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies.
- Ensure compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards and accepted web development practices.
- Conduct testing, quality checks, and support user acceptance processes for web assets.
- Track site performance, functionality, and user experience metrics to suggest improvements.
- Partner with developers, system administrators, and content managers to deploy new features.
- Implement content changes, updates, and modernization projects across websites.
- Diagnose and fix web issues, defects, and usability problems.
- Create and update technical documentation, style guides, design standards, and user support resources.
- Attend project meetings, status updates, and collaborative sessions with stakeholders.
- Advance digital transformation and service experience goals through innovative, user-focused design.
- Maintain consistent branding, navigation, content, and user experience across all platforms.
- Assist in deployment, release coordination, and live environment support tasks.
- Support ongoing enhancements targeting usability, accessibility, performance, and user satisfaction.
