Requirements
- Post-secondary education with courses in water/wastewater, biology, chemistry, or related subject material and one to three years of experience in water and wastewater systems.
- More than three years of experience if no post-secondary education.
- Possess, or willing to obtain within one year, a pre-treatment wastewater operator’s license.
- Fork-lift trainer certification or willing to obtain within one year.
- Experience in driving a tractor/trailer; willingness to obtain a CDL within 6 months of employment.
- Considerable skill in communicating and working effectively with fellow team members and management team.
- Good organizational and prioritization skills required.
- Computer experience in Microsoft programs required.
- Considerable skills and experience in leading and developing people.
Nice to Have
- Poultry processing experienced preferred.
Additional Information
- Drug, alcohol, and background checks for all new team members post-offer and prior to the start of employment.
- Verification of employment eligibility by the end of the third day of work.
