Responsibilities
- Remain on feet and move continuously throughout the full duration of the work shift
- Review and verify shipping and inventory labels for correctness
- Accurately identify, count, and categorize packages and stock items
- Recognize and apply correct shipping classifications to sort packages appropriately
- Operate automated packaging systems safely and efficiently
- Utilize handheld computers, mobile applications, email, and other digital tools
- Attend team meetings, follow instructions, and contribute feedback when needed
- Keep assigned work areas organized and free of clutter
- Address and correct discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory and shipping records
- Resolve inventory variances through system updates and physical adjustments
- Carry out additional tasks as directed by supervisors
- Engage in continuous improvement efforts such as LEAN programs
Compensation
AM: $15.00/hr; PM: $16.85/hr (includes shift differential); WKN: $17.00/hr (includes shift differential)

Three Shifts Available
- AM shift: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, $15.00/hour
- PM shift: Monday to Friday, 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM, $15.00/hour plus $1.85/hour shift differential ($16.85 total)
- Weekend shift: Saturday to Tuesday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM, $15.00/hour plus $2.00/hour shift differential ($17.00 total)
Blackout Dates & Holiday Information
- Facility closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day
- Reduced operating hours on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve
- No time-off requests accepted between November 10 and December 23

- Weekend shift may include an extra workday due to 10–12 hour shifts

- Physical demands include regular standing and walking on concrete flooring

- Crawling is generally not part of the role
