Requirements
- Applicant must be at least 18 years old
- Strong hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and ability to use hand and power tools; must be able to read and interpret numerical data
- Capable of repeatedly lifting up to 86 pounds above shoulder level and below the waist; able to team lift weights between 87 and 100 pounds
- Detail-focused with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others
- Able to sort materials by color profiling
- Proficient in using a claw hammer, pneumatic nail gun, pneumatic bander, and electric skill saw
- Must wear safety glasses and ear protection as directed
- Willingness to obtain certification for operating motorized machinery
- Consistent adherence to safe work practices at all times
- Perform all tasks in compliance with health and safety guidelines outlined in applicable manuals
- Required to use personal protective equipment and report any unsafe conditions immediately
- Must comply with all regulations under the Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Must be able to carry out each essential job function satisfactorily
Nice to Have
- Proven history of reliable attendance and work performance
- Minimum of six months’ experience in distribution, construction, or trade-related work such as carpentry or painting

Compensation
$18.00 per hour, plus shift differentials of $1.25 for second shift and $1.00 for third shift

- Base hourly wage is $18.00, with a $1.25 per hour premium for second shift and $1.00 for third shift
- Second shift runs Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- Third shift operates Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Work takes place in a warehouse setting with exposure to noise, temperature variations, and dust
- Frequent lifting, bending, and twisting required
- Certification to operate crane equipment may be necessary depending on role
