- Collaborate with the order operations team to ensure on-time delivery of customer shipments.
- Pick and pack IT products accurately for dispatch to customers.
- Maintain precise inventory records through regular cycle counts and stock audits.
- Participate in special projects and sprints aimed at improving organizational capacity and scalability.
- Engage in hands-on operational tasks typical of early-stage companies, with pathways to evolve into new positions.
- Support ad-hoc team efforts as needed, reflecting the dynamic nature of startup work environments.
