Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product vision aligned with long-term business objectives.
- Manage, coach, and scale a team of Product Managers, promoting innovation, teamwork, and disciplined execution.
- Oversee end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch, ensuring consistent delivery of customer value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional groups including Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to convert business needs into actionable product plans.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of cryptocurrency, payment systems, and financial technology markets to guide strategic decisions.
- Maintain and prioritize product backlogs and roadmaps, ensuring efficient allocation of resources toward high-impact initiatives delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Offer expert-level project management guidance for large-scale, complex programs.
