What You'll Do
As the technical leader for Privileged Access Management, you will oversee the architecture, implementation, and continuous improvement of Delinea Secret Server, Server Suite, and Just Enough Privilege (JEP) environments. You'll ensure secure handling of privileged credentials across systems, guiding engineering teams and shaping long-term strategy.
You will integrate PAM solutions with databases, network infrastructure, and ServiceNow, customizing workflows where needed. Your responsibilities include resolving complex system issues, managing firewall access for PAM components, and maintaining high availability through proactive monitoring, patching, and upgrades.
You'll define standards for credential rotation, break-glass procedures, and policy enforcement while advancing automation and self-service capabilities. You will lead major platform initiatives such as migrations, high-availability improvements, and audit readiness, ensuring alignment with security policies and business priorities.
In addition, you will mentor engineers, review configurations and code, and develop runbooks to strengthen operational reliability. You will collaborate with security, network, and application teams to ensure smooth integration and compliance, while contributing to roadmap planning and risk reduction strategies.
