Responsibilities
- Define and promote a unified regional planning vision that supports the 3Cs framework and broader organizational strategy.
- Lead innovation in media planning by testing emerging platforms, technologies, and methodologies to enhance campaign impact.
- Manage end-to-end creation and implementation of integrated media plans across digital and traditional channels, ensuring data-informed decisions and adherence to industry standards.
- Demonstrate expertise in core marketing and media principles such as ad stock, reach saturation, and diminishing returns on investment.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of European media ecosystems, including key players, market shifts, and new opportunities.
- Translate overarching strategies into actionable planning frameworks tailored to individual client objectives and pitches.
- Promote consistent use of advanced planning tools like WPP Open to standardize processes, track performance, and uncover optimization paths.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients and internal teams, elevating work quality and fostering thought leadership development.
- Act as a senior-level contact for communications and planning execution while overseeing daily team operations.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key client decision-makers, aligning media strategies with their business goals.

- Explore opportunities for new planning products and work with leadership to build implementation roadmaps.
- Develop a solid grasp of commercial operations and agency-wide functions.
- Lead the preparation and delivery of planning presentations, coordinating inputs and timelines across teams.

- Lead and mentor a regional team of five planners, offering guidance and growth opportunities.
