About the Role

Eleos Health is seeking a strategic and revenue-driven VP of Sales and Revenue to lead our B2B expansion. This pivotal role will build a high-performance sales engine to scale revenue through enterprise sales and establish 100 Tasks as the definitive platform for startup execution methodologies.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and outbound prospecting to deal closure and renewals.
  • Develop scalable sales playbooks and leverage proven methodologies to maximize conversions.
  • Optimize pricing structures and value propositions to drive high-ticket B2B sales.
  • Build and execute a targeted outreach strategy to engage VCs, accelerators, corporate innovation teams, and academic institutions.
  • Secure high-value institutional partnerships that establish 100 Tasks as the default startup execution platform.
  • Develop and negotiate enterprise licensing and bulk distribution agreements.
  • Define and implement a structured sales funnel with clear KPIs and success metrics.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify strategic growth opportunities.
  • Align with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy.
  • Lead and mentor early-stage sales hires, with the long-term goal of building a high-performing sales team.
  • Foster a results-driven culture, implementing best practices in sales enablement and training.
  • Identify and recruit top-tier sales talent.

What We're Looking For

  • 5-10+ years in B2B sales, business development, or strategic partnerships within SaaS, consulting, or educational products.
  • Proven track record in selling high-ticket products.
  • Strong deal-making and negotiation ability with C-level stakeholders.
  • Deep network in the startup and VC ecosystem, with connections to accelerators, VCs, and ecosystem players.
  • Ability to design and execute scalable B2B sales processes.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with info-products, SaaS subscriptions, or enterprise consulting services.
  • Experience in a senior sales role at a competitor or a consulting firm specializing in startup methodologies.

Team & Environment

You will join a compact, early-stage team of 1-10 employees where you can define and shape the sales function.
