Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end performance and return on ad spend across all digital advertising platforms, including Google, Meta, TikTok, ChatGPT Ads, and new or experimental channels.
- Manage the complete customer acquisition journeyβfrom ad creative and audience selection to landing page experience, post-click engagement via email and SMS, and final conversion into qualified leads.
- Develop, iterate, and document a scalable framework for launching, growing, and discontinuing paid channels to ensure consistent, predictable growth over time.
- Lead the creative testing strategy by identifying high-performing content, eliminating underperforming assets, and maintaining a rapid cycle of experimentation across ads, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
- Establish clear standards for measurement and attribution in paid media, defining KPIs, reporting dashboards, and review processes to align teams and executives around growth drivers.
- Monitor emerging trends in digital advertising, including new ad formats and AI-powered tools, and evaluate their strategic fit and potential return for investment.
