Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive People strategy that supports business objectives and scaling demands
- Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on organizational structure, workforce planning, and cultural development
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing HR team capable of supporting global operations
- Lead global talent acquisition strategy across technical, go-to-market, and general and administrative functions
- Design and scale efficient recruiting processes, employer branding, and sustainable talent pipelines
- Collaborate with executives to anticipate hiring needs and deliver diverse, high-quality candidate outcomes
- Improve key recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction
- Shape and refine organizational culture to foster performance, inclusion, and innovation
- Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace experience
- Implement feedback systems like surveys and listening programs, and drive actionable insights
- Advance diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across all levels of the organization
- Establish performance management systems aligned with company goals and values
- Create leadership development and succession planning frameworks
- Equip managers with training and tools to lead effectively in a distributed environment
- Design and manage learning and development programs for employees at all levels
- Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages
- Collaborate with Finance and Legal on equity strategy, benchmarking, and compensation planning
- Ensure reward systems support performance and strategic priorities
- Build and scale HR policies, processes, and systems to support international growth
- Maintain compliance with labor laws across multiple jurisdictions
- Oversee HRIS platforms, people analytics, and reporting to enable data-driven decision-making
- Manage employee relations and provide guidance on complex HR issues
- Support international expansion through compliant hiring, onboarding, and cultural integration
- Develop scalable HR practices for a remote-first, globally distributed workforce
- Partner with cross-functional leaders on headcount planning, workforce costs, and organizational design
Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR or People leadership experience, including at least 5 years in senior executive roles
- Demonstrated success scaling People functions in fast-growing technology or SaaS environments
- Deep expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and HR operations
- Experience managing global teams and complying with multi-jurisdictional employment regulations
- Strong business understanding with the ability to align People initiatives to organizational outcomes
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Proven use of data and people analytics to inform strategy and measure impact
