Responsibilities
- Define and lead the long-term technical vision across all business domains, ensuring architectural choices support future scalability.
- Collaborate with the CPTO on product and technology direction, aligning engineering with broader company goals.
- Develop the engineering team for the next stage of growth by strengthening technical culture and leadership pathways.
- Drive innovation in AI-driven furniture design experiences and advance technology-enabled automated manufacturing systems.
- Guide major replatforming and ERP migration initiatives from an architectural and strategic standpoint.
- Lead the development of data architecture, analytics, and engineering to inform business decisions across pricing, supply chain, and customer experience.
- Establish a robust security and compliance framework designed for scale, moving beyond ad-hoc solutions.
- Manage the shift toward modular systems while balancing innovation, technical debt, and maintainability of AI-supported codebases.
- Ensure decentralized engineering decisions contribute to a coherent, scalable system architecture.
- Participate as a key leader in cross-functional decision-making where technology, manufacturing, and customer experience converge.
- Define and implement engineering performance metrics, OKRs, and operational rhythms that link technical execution to business results.
