Responsibilities
- Help organize and manage online events and webinars
- Provide support to speakers before and during live sessions
- Facilitate session moderation and audience interaction
- Assist with virtual networking, breakout groups, and community activities
- Offer technical help to participants as needed
- Develop and schedule compelling social media content
- Distribute event announcements and promotional materials
- Engage with the community across digital platforms
- Raise awareness about programs and initiatives
- Support community involvement before, during, and after events
- Write articles on entrepreneurship, startups, innovation, and women's leadership
- Help create newsletters and email marketing campaigns
- Update website content as required
- Produce speaker highlights, success stories, interviews, and post-event summaries
- Support the creation of marketing and communication assets
- Organize digital resources and event-related materials
- Assist in coordinating volunteers and managing projects
- Support research, outreach, and partnership development
- Contribute suggestions to enhance community engagement and member experience

- Dependable, well-organized, and self-driven
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Proficient in written and spoken English, the primary working language
- Clear communicator who thrives in an international team environment
- Interest in digital marketing, communications, events, startups, education, or nonprofit sectors
