Requirements
- Knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure (IP and Voice services).
- 10+ years of experience in configuring and troubleshooting Routers; Switches and Telephone Systems.
- Knowledge of Cloud tools and environment, preferably AWS.
- TDM and NGN Telephony Networks.
- Installation and configuration of network equipment.
- Installation and configuration of VoIP, IP PBX or UCaaS equipment.
- Network protocols - TCP/IP.
- SIP signaling protocol.
- Data communication links, E1, Metro Ethernet.
- Completed or ongoing higher education related to the area of Technology, Networks and/or Telecommunications (Electrical/Electronic/Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Networks or similar).
Nice to Have
- Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP network protocols and SIP signaling.
Work Arrangement
Hybrid — Sao Paulo, Brazil
Additional Information
- Working hours: From Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:48 pm, with hybrid work mode, 2 days home office.
