Responsibilities
- Offer advanced technical guidance in backend development, code reviews, and system design, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
- Build, test, and deploy robust backend services using Node.js and Java while maintaining high standards of quality and reliability.
- Design and refine relational database structures, craft optimized queries, and uphold data consistency and efficiency.
- Create and support components enabling real-time communication, including SIP signaling and RTP media streaming.
- Research and integrate audio and video media processing capabilities tailored to contact center operations.
- Support the creation of specialized contact center features and integrations by applying domain-specific understanding.
- Detect and resolve performance issues to ensure the system scales effectively with increasing usage.
- Troubleshoot and fix complex issues in production environments with speed and precision.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA teams, and other stakeholders to deliver reliable software solutions.
