Responsibilities
- Perform instructional duties including teaching assignments, course and program preparation and revision, student contact, student advising, evaluation and marking of student work, and other instruction-related functions.
- Carry out professional duties such as curriculum development, student registration, and pre-registration tasks.
- Engage in professional development activities aimed at enhancing teaching excellence, subject area competence, and technical expertise in professional or instructional fields.
- Provide service through school visitations, participation on Okanagan College committees, attendance at articulation meetings, representation at other functions, and performance of administrative and other duties.

- Schedule: Given on-call nature of position, schedule and frequency of instruction may vary. Typical instructional day is 7.5 hours long. Typical instructional week is four days and would not exceed 30 hours.
- Initial on-call contract is setup until Jun 30, 2028 but is not a guarantee of work for the entire contract period.
- Position may be at the Kelowna, Penticton, or Vernon campus.
- Work can be anywhere from one day to several weeks.
