About the Role
This role connects skilled visual designers with AI labs to improve the accuracy and real-world relevance of AI-generated creative content through evaluation, refinement, and scenario creation.
Responsibilities
- Assess and enhance AI-produced materials in visual design, UI components, brand concepts, and design process workflows
- Judge AI outputs for precision, originality, and adherence to industry-standard design practices
- Develop authentic design use cases drawn from personal professional experience
- Generate alternate versions of scenarios from multiple viewpoints such as designer, client, creative lead, or stakeholder
- Detect flaws, missing elements, or flawed logic in AI-created visual content

AI Lab work is often confidential, revealing details about ongoing AI research. Project needs arise unpredictably, and responses are typically required within 24 hours. Matching is based on project-specific requirements and your specialized expertise. After profile approval, you may be matched to relevant AI Lab projects as opportunities emerge—this could happen within hours or take several months, depending on lab researchers' priorities.
