About the Role
This position involves assisting travelers with end-to-end trip planning, including itinerary development, reservations, and real-time support, all conducted remotely.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate flight bookings based on client preferences and budget
- Arrange accommodations that match traveler needs and destination requirements
- Develop customized daily itineraries for domestic and international trips
- Provide up-to-date information on visa regulations and entry requirements
- Assist with transportation logistics including car rentals and local transit
- Monitor travel advisories and notify clients of potential disruptions
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via email and phone
- Track booking confirmations and share documentation securely
- Recommend dining and activity options tailored to individual interests
- Stay informed about emerging destinations and travel trends
- Handle last-minute changes to travel plans efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of client preferences and past trips
- Suggest cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
- Collaborate with partner vendors to secure exclusive access
- Escalate urgent issues to senior staff when necessary
- Ensure all bookings comply with company policies
- Prepare pre-departure packets with essential travel details
