About the Role

Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries regarding health, dental, and retirement benefits
- Assist with benefits enrollment processes for new hires and seasonal employees
- Interpret plan documents and communicate key details to stakeholders
- Verify eligibility and coverage under current benefit plans
- Maintain accurate employee records in benefits management systems
- Support open enrollment periods with timely communication and documentation
- Resolve discrepancies in benefits data with payroll and HR teams
- Provide guidance on leave policies including FMLA and short-term disability
- Ensure compliance with federal and state benefits regulations
- Escalate complex cases to senior team members when necessary
- Track and report on benefits-related metrics and client satisfaction
- Coordinate with insurance providers to confirm coverage details
- Update benefits materials based on plan changes or renewals
- Conduct virtual training sessions for employees on benefits usage
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
- Assist in auditing benefits data for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare summaries of benefits for employee communications
- Monitor deadlines for enrollment and documentation submissions
- Support COBRA administration tasks including notices and follow-ups
- Collaborate with HR partners to align benefits strategy with workforce needs
