Assist World was looking for a Virtual Assistant – Property Management & Broker Support

Assist World is seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant – Property Management & Broker Support. In this role, you will provide essential operational support to our property management and brokerage teams, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates based in the Philippines or South Africa.

What You'll Do

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for day-to-day property management and brokerage activities.
  • Manage and coordinate communication between brokers, property managers, and clients.
  • Assist with listing management, document preparation, and data entry for property transactions.
  • Schedule appointments, inspections, and property viewings.
  • Help maintain organized digital filing systems for contracts, leases, and client records.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar support role.
  • Experience in property management, real estate, or a related field is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
  • Proficiency with standard office productivity software.

Work Mode

This is a full-time, remote position. Candidates must be legally authorized to work and reside in either the Philippines or South Africa.
