Requirements
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems and spreadsheets
- Verify and correct data discrepancies, ensuring high levels of accuracy
- Organize and categorize digital files and documents systematically
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and summaries as required
- Manage email correspondence, meeting schedules, and task coordination
- Support various administrative and virtual assistant tasks for multiple departments
- Follow data confidentiality guidelines and company procedures at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors through virtual platforms
- 2 years of experience in data entry, virtual assistance, or administrative support
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 35–45 WPM)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines under minimal supervision
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
- An associate degree or certification in data entry, business administration, or a related field is preferred
