Assist World is hiring a Virtual Assistant to focus exclusively on Airbnb and short-term rental operations. In this full-time remote role, you will become a crucial part of our team, managing daily tasks and ensuring the seamless operation of rental properties.
What You'll Do
- Manage guest communications, inquiries, and booking confirmations via Airbnb and other platforms.
- Coordinate and schedule cleaning, maintenance, and other vendor services between guest stays.
- Create and update property listings, including descriptions, pricing, and availability calendars.
- Handle administrative tasks related to operations, such as inventory tracking and key management.
- Monitor and respond to guest reviews and feedback to maintain high service ratings.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing Airbnb or other short-term rental properties.
- Excellent written English communication skills for professional guest and vendor correspondence.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and calendars efficiently.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
- Must be legally eligible to work and currently reside in either the Philippines or South Africa.
Work Mode
This is a full-time remote position. Candidates must be based in and legally authorized to work from either the Philippines or South Africa.
