Assist World was looking for a Virtual Assistant – Airbnb & Short-Term Rental Operations

Assist World is hiring a Virtual Assistant to focus exclusively on Airbnb and short-term rental operations. In this full-time remote role, you will become a crucial part of our team, managing daily tasks and ensuring the seamless operation of rental properties.

What You'll Do

  • Manage guest communications, inquiries, and booking confirmations via Airbnb and other platforms.
  • Coordinate and schedule cleaning, maintenance, and other vendor services between guest stays.
  • Create and update property listings, including descriptions, pricing, and availability calendars.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to operations, such as inventory tracking and key management.
  • Monitor and respond to guest reviews and feedback to maintain high service ratings.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing Airbnb or other short-term rental properties.
  • Excellent written English communication skills for professional guest and vendor correspondence.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and calendars efficiently.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
  • Must be legally eligible to work and currently reside in either the Philippines or South Africa.

Work Mode

This is a full-time remote position. Candidates must be based in and legally authorized to work from either the Philippines or South Africa.
