Harmons is hiring a Videographer/Photographer to produce timely, effective, and targeted visual content to achieve company goals. In this role, you will collaborate with sales directors, store directors, the marketing team, and others to plan, create, edit, and share materials for print, web, digital, and social media.
What You'll Do
- Plan, storyboard, film, edit, and deliver video materials for internal and external company use.
- Photograph, edit, and deliver product images for weekly sale plans, campaigns, and digital media.
- Develop and capture style and mood boards for marketing initiatives, upholding the Harmons brand.
- Design and oversee the production of marketing campaigns, managing workflow, priorities, timelines, and creative direction.
- Communicate openly with the marketing project manager and creative director.
- Collaborate with internal departments in brainstorming sessions and make innovative suggestions.
- Collaborate with external agencies and production service providers to maximize quality and minimize cost.
- Ensure final products are accurate, high quality, within budget, and delivered on time.
- Build the Harmons brand and represent the voice of the customer.
- Ensure the highest quality of marketing products and services.
- Follow established departmental and store policies and procedures.
- Maintain company standards for safety, sanitation, and productivity.
- Deliver excellent customer service to all customers, with the understanding that our associates are the first internal customer.
- Be a positive influence who implements and promotes change and sets a professional example.
- Assist as needed to ensure the success of the company as a whole.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED.
- Degree in videography/photography or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training.
- 2+ years of professional experience.
- Expert knowledge of camera use (DSLR, mirrorless, full-frame and/or medium format), lighting, and manual settings.
- Expert knowledge of composition, camera operation, lens selection, shooting formats, and related equipment.
- Expert knowledge of film/video production, including lighting sets, capturing audio, sound design, and syncing/editing audio tracks.
- Expert knowledge of video editing software, such as Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro X.
- Expert knowledge of photo editing software, including Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Expert knowledge of processing and transcoding raw video and exporting video codecs for multiple platforms.

- Food styling and food photography experience.

Team & Environment
You will have consistent and daily interaction with the marketing team, frequent interaction with store associates and other Harmons departments, and occasional interaction with vendors.
Benefits & Compensation
- Annual Salary Range: $60,473.21 - $64,333.20
