Video Education Manager (Remote) at Softr

Manage the Softr Academy from start to finish: develop and maintain the video library and curriculum, designing learning paths that guide users from beginner to advanced database-driven app creation.
Write scripts and produce technical tutorials: create scripts and film consistent, high-quality videos covering Softr basics, no-code database design, integrations, and real customer case studies.
Serve as the public face of Softr education: appear in demos, tutorials, and educational content, building user trust as a knowledgeable technical guide rather than just a presenter.
Create progressive learning paths: develop a full set of guided courses and segments tailored to users at different stages, from first-time builders to power users.
Conduct live educational sessions: organize and run workshops with partners and customers focused on in-depth technical and database-related use cases.
Collaborate across teams: work with Product to stay updated on new features and with Support to identify topics and gaps that users need explained most.

Technical no-code expertise: deep understanding of building with no-code tools, relational databases, logic, workflows, and integrations, beyond just the user interface.
Video production experience: at least 3 years in instructional design, scripting, and video production, ideally at a SaaS or product-led company.
On-camera presence: comfortable and confident appearing on camera as a forward-facing brand representative.
Clear communication skills: ability to explain technical, database-driven concepts in simple, understandable language, both in writing and verbally in English.
Workshop hosting experience: experience planning and hosting online workshops or webinars, with knowledge of what makes a live session successful.
Curriculum design instincts: think in terms of learning journeys and progressions, not just individual videos.
Self-starter: able to take full ownership of a content library with minimal supervision and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
Genuine passion for no-code: excited about what no-code and AI-native tools enable, and want to share that excitement with users.
