- Develop deep familiarity with youth culture, especially trends on TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat, and apply insights to ad creation.
- Monitor and analyze competitor campaigns and top-performing content from leading social platforms.
- Continuously test new creative approaches, including opening hooks, narrative structures, and visual effects.
- Use artificial intelligence tools to speed up production and expand creative options.

- Become a Gen Z culture expert: benchmark what competitors and leading social apps are doing, stay on top of TikTok/Instagram/Snapchat trends, and translate them into high-performing ads.
- Experiment relentlessly: test new creative formats, hooks, storytelling techniques, and visual styles.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate creative production and explore new possibilities.
- Develop a data-driven creative mindset: understand how your creations perform (CTR, CPI, retention) and iterate based on insights.
