Responsibilities

- Design and animate custom motion graphics and visual elements
- Sync visuals with voiceovers, music, and sound effects
- Ensure consistent branding and style across all videos
- Optimize video pacing and structure for maximum retention
- Create thumbnails and end screens that boost click-through rates
- Collaborate with writers and producers to align visuals with scripts
- Revise content based on feedback from team members
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously
- Meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Use analytics to refine editing techniques
- Stay updated on YouTube trends and viewer preferences
- Troubleshoot technical issues during editing
- Export videos in required formats and resolutions
- Maintain organized project files and assets
- Ensure compliance with platform content guidelines
- Integrate subtitles and captions accurately
- Adapt content for different audience segments
- Support A/B testing of video variations
- Contribute ideas for new visual formats and series
