MyTime is hiring a Vice President (VP) of Sales

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-caliber sales team to support scalable growth
  • Document and refine the end-to-end sales process, covering prospecting, discovery, product demonstrations, objection resolution, and closing
  • Design and manage iterative testing of sales techniques to continuously improve effectiveness
  • Create an annual sales strategy that includes hiring targets, performance indicators, and monthly revenue projections
  • Produce reliable monthly revenue forecasts aligned with company objectives
  • Analyze sales performance data and derive actionable insights for process improvements
  • Deliver consistent coaching and feedback to sales representatives to enhance performance
  • Partner with marketing, customer success, product, and finance leaders to align sales execution with organizational priorities
  • Lead end-to-end talent management for the sales team, including hiring, development, and retention
  • Develop compensation structures and incentive plans that drive motivation and increase sales productivity
  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to surpass revenue goals, spanning lead generation to customer expansion
  • Foster a results-driven culture emphasizing accountability, clear communication, pipeline development, and transparency
  • Act as the senior leader responsible for enforcing sales discipline, adopting proven methodologies, and meeting growth targets
  • Supervise sales management team initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals
  • Continuously evaluate, refine, and audit sales processes using training and managerial coaching
  • Design performance improvement strategies to increase both the number and value of closed deals
  • Monitor daily and weekly account executive activities, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy to ensure consistent revenue growth
  • Support high-stakes sales efforts by advising on negotiation tactics, crafting compelling presentations, and guiding proposals and proof-of-concept projects
  • Build and maintain reporting systems to monitor critical sales metrics in partnership with finance and sales operations
  • Collaborate with finance and operations to define business assumptions and long-term growth models
  • Partner with demand generation to create targeted data sets that improve lead quality and sales planning

Job Description: You will drive development and maintenance of our 100% native iOS app (Swift and Objective-C) that provides mission critical functionality to our customers such as appointment scheduling, payments, and client engagement.You'll also be collaborating with our CTO, Product Managers, and our QA team to build and maintain a fast, reliable, app. We deeply value ownership, empowerment, proactivity, data-driven decisions, and user focus.
