Attentive is looking for a Vice President, Product & Litigation Counsel to join its Legal department. This senior role provides strategic legal guidance across product development and oversees all litigation matters.

What You'll Do

Provide strategic legal counsel to the product team throughout the development lifecycle
Lead and manage all litigation and dispute resolution matters
Advise on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on go-to-market strategies
Develop and implement legal policies and best practices

What We're Looking For

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active bar membership
Significant experience in product counseling within the technology sector
Proven track record of managing complex litigation
Strong ability to translate legal requirements into actionable business guidance
Excellent communication and leadership skills
