Attentive is looking for a Vice President, Product & Litigation Counsel to join its Legal department. This senior role provides strategic legal guidance across product development and oversees all litigation matters.
What You'll Do
- Provide strategic legal counsel to the product team throughout the development lifecycle
- Lead and manage all litigation and dispute resolution matters
- Advise on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on go-to-market strategies
- Develop and implement legal policies and best practices
What We're Looking For
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active bar membership
- Significant experience in product counseling within the technology sector
- Proven track record of managing complex litigation
- Strong ability to translate legal requirements into actionable business guidance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
