Responsibilities
- Create and implement a scalable sales strategy to meet ambitious revenue goals from mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of high-achieving Account Executives to maximize performance.
- Design and refine sales processes, methodologies, and training programs to boost efficiency, productivity, and conversion rates.
- Set sales territories, quotas, incentive structures, and performance indicators to encourage effective selling and customer acquisition.
- Conduct consistent pipeline reviews, guide Account Executives, and monitor deal progress to ensure revenue goals are achieved.
- Collaborate with Marketing to align lead generation and promotional campaigns with sales objectives, and contribute to customer targeting and messaging strategies.
- Monitor critical sales metrics including new revenue, deal size, sales cycle length, win rates, and customer acquisition costs, and report on performance and improvements.
- Foster relationships with clients and industry leaders to enhance brand presence and expand the sales pipeline.
- Stay current with emerging sales technologies and tools to increase team effectiveness.
- Support comprehensive sales planning, including adjustments to quotas, staffing, and strategic sales models.
- Deliver data-driven insights to executive leadership to refine sales strategies, market coverage, and team structure for greater impact.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards that highlight key drivers and support sales team accountability.
