The Vice President will lead the North American advisory practice, managing client mandates, complex transactions, and a growing team while delivering customized financial advisory services with strategic and technical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction execution to ensure high-quality technical delivery
- Lead and manage deal teams through the successful completion of financial advisory assignments
- Coach, guide, and supervise junior professionals to support their growth and performance
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and key industry contacts in the infrastructure sector
- Originate, cultivate, and present financial advisory opportunities
- Establish the firm as the leading independent advisor in North American infrastructure finance
