Responsibilities
- Take direct ownership of international and non-traditional franchise sales, focusing on high-impact engagements that accelerate deal closures.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Franchise Sales Directors, establishing performance frameworks, strategic playbooks, and accountability systems.
- Design and implement sales, lead acquisition, and portfolio management strategies, overseeing their deployment and performance tracking.
- Supervise professionals in sales, lead generation, and portfolio management, ensuring cohesive team execution.
- Evaluate existing lead sources and recommend improvements to boost both the quantity and quality of incoming leads.
- Source, engage, and finalize agreements with franchise candidates who meet financial and professional qualifications across five distinct brands.
- Synchronize sales strategy with target candidate profiles to improve conversion rates and lead quality.
- Collaborate closely with operations, real estate, marketing, training, and finance departments across all brands to align with brand-specific objectives.
- Partner with real estate specialists to build market-specific strategies that expand the sales pipeline and support revenue targets.
- Oversee compliance with federal and state franchise disclosure regulations, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to corporate legal standards.
- Develop internal incentive programs to boost team motivation and external promotional campaigns to create prospect urgency.
- Collaborate with legal and real estate teams to define proximity and market impact guidelines.
- Work with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to establish evolving franchise policies as business needs change.
- Provide strategic direction to direct reports across domestic and international sales, lead generation, and portfolio management functions.
- Master the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) for all five brands, enabling clear communication with prospects and guidance for internal teams.
- Assess the effectiveness of current systems and recommend process improvements for greater efficiency and scalability.
- Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and panels to strengthen franchisee recruitment and brand visibility.
Compensation
$150,000.00 - $160,000.00/annually + commission
