Who are we?

Lyka is an Australian-founded pet wellness company transforming a stagnant industry to support longer, healthier lives for pets. Despite advances in veterinary medicine, pets today live only about 37% of their potential lifespan, with widespread issues like dental disease, cancer, and obesity. Inspired by the benefits of fresh wholefoods in human health, the company delivers nutritionally balanced, human-grade meals directly to pet owners across Australia. As the world’s most sustainable pet wellness brand, it prioritizes both animal well-being and environmental responsibility. To date, over 100 million meals have been delivered. With a growing team of more than 250 passionate individuals, the company is developing new products including preventive nutrition and supplements, and plans to expand into new markets.

Our Mission

Pets are living shorter, less healthy lives despite medical progress, often due to preventable conditions rooted in poor nutrition and lifestyle. The current industry model focuses on treating symptoms rather than causes. The company adopts a preventative, holistic, and personalized approach—considering diet, environment, and lifestyle—to address underlying health issues. By creating individualized nutrition plans, the goal is not just to extend life but to improve quality of life. The mission is to increase the lifespan of dogs and cats through better nutrition and proactive care.

The Role

The company aims to establish fresh, wholefood nutrition as the standard in veterinary care. Partnerships Managers in the veterinary channel are central to this goal, serving as the primary liaison with veterinary professionals. This role, primarily field-based (4 to 4.5 days per week), covers a territory from Geraldton to Bunbury. By delivering tailored engagement, scientific education, and consistent clinic presence, the manager will help position the brand as the top-recommended, most-used, and most-purchased pet nutrition choice in Australian veterinary clinics.
