NVIDIA's automotive team is looking for a Verification Engineer to join us in defining next-generation automotive chips and systems. In this role, you will create advanced verification environments for complex IPs and subsystems, working with high-performance technologies like CPU and memory subsystems, NOC-based Interconnect Fabric, and high-speed IOs within Tegra chips.
What You'll Do
- Create 'state of the art' UVM based verification test benches and methodologies to verify complex IPs and Sub-systems.
- Work on System level verification using C/C++.
- Architect testbenches and craft verification environments using UVM methodology.
- Define test plans, tests, and verification infrastructure for modules, clusters, and systems.
- Build efficient and reusable bus functional models, monitors, checkers, and scoreboards.
- Implement functional coverage and own verification closure.
- Work with architects, designers, FPGA, and post-silicon teams to ensure your unit is robust.
What We're Looking For
- BTech/MTech with 4+ years of experience in verification closure of complex Unit, Sub-system, or SOC level verification.
- Exposure to industry standard verification tools for simulation and debug.
Nice to Have
- Experience in at least a few of: CPU verification, Memory controller verification, Interconnect verification.
- Experience in at least a few of: High Speed IO verification (UFS/PCIE/XUSB).
- Experience in at least a few of: 10G/1G Ethernet MAC and Switch.
- Experience in at least a few of: Bus protocols (AXI/APB).
- Experience in at least a few of: System functions like Safety, Security, Virtualization and sensor processing.
- Experience in the latest verification methodologies like UVM/VMM.
- Exposure to Formal verification.
- Good debugging and analytical skills.
- Great interpersonal skills and the ability to work as an excellent teammate.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-cultural teams in a matrix organization.
