Responsibilities
- Lead vendor governance activities across designated Western European markets.
- Ensure all vendor engagements adhere to established approval, compliance, documentation, and standardization protocols.
- Support the development of sourcing and contract renewal strategies, including RFP coordination, negotiation planning, vendor synergy identification, and contract award guidance.
- Evaluate new and renewal contracts through the formal Vendor Management process.
- Track and assess vendor performance in areas such as service quality, cost efficiency, contractual compliance, and delivery outcomes.
- Organize and lead regular vendor performance evaluations, including scorecard assessments, service-level monitoring, and business review meetings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving escalated vendor issues involving cost, quality, contractual terms, compliance, or relationship challenges.
- Collaborate with Delivery, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and regional teams to resolve vendor-related concerns.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for vendor consolidation, increased use of preferred suppliers, cost reduction, and standardized commercial agreements.

Remote within the following countries: UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal, Italy, and the Nordics
