Responsibilities
- Conduct standard inspections, diagnostics, and upkeep on vehicles
- Identify and resolve problems in mechanical, electrical, and software-integrated components
- Assist with installing hardware and software upgrades when required
- Record faults, repairs, parts utilized, and vehicle status with clarity
- Report detected issues, repair progress, and assistance requirements to relevant teams
- Support rapid and safe return of vehicles to operational condition
- Adhere to safety protocols and apply practical decision-making during fleet support
