About the Role

CSL Seqirus is hiring a customer-facing Vaccine Sales Specialist/Sr. Vaccine Sales Specialist for the Detroit, MI territory. In this field-based remote role, you will promote key vaccine brands to Pediatric, Integrated Delivery Network, and Public Health accounts, reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager.

What You'll Do

  • Build a multi-specialty group of important accounts within several customer segments.
  • Contact potential customers and negotiate product formulary acceptance.
  • Obtain contract commitments for CSL Seqirus products.
  • Deliver flu portfolio product sales in important accounts including Pediatrics, IDN, FQHCs, and independent/corporate owned HCPs.
  • Develop appropriate value-added programs for each account by understanding customer needs and aligning brand resources.
  • Work directly with Regional Sales Manager and Account Managers to prioritize important accounts and lead strategic goals.
  • Contract and create opportunity for sales growth in designated segments.
  • Conduct routine collaborative meetings with your team to implement tactical plans.
  • Cultivate close relationships with colleagues in Sales, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Customer Service.
  • Develop and implement a plan to achieve brand goals and identify new opportunities.
  • Analyze accounts' near-term and longer-term goals to promote sales and lead product implementation.
  • Organize meetings with customers to review product information and treatment protocols.
  • Retain long-term relationships with established customers to ensure agreement and create a foundation for new business.
  • Develop customer routing, strategic key account business plans, and daily pre-call plans.
  • Represent the Seqirus Customer Experience vision and act as the voice of the customer internally.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 1-2 or more years of Pharmaceutical or B2B sales experience, or relevant healthcare/clinical educational experience.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Health Policy, Life Sciences, or Healthcare.

This is a field-based remote position reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.
